Good  morning, Lord, This morning, I am making a conscious decision that it’s all about You,  not my circumstances, not my surroundings, not the screaming multimedia world. I am stopping all electronics and all distractions to It might look like I am surrounded by my circumstances BUT I am surrounded by YOU! I can count on You to take care of all my needs, desires and wants. You make the trees grow! I can plant the seeds and water them BUT it is You that brings life from death and causes that life to grow. I am surrounded by new growth all around me. I am surrounded by NEW LIFE. I am surrounded by YOUR miraculous powers Everywhere I look, I see Your handiwork and realized that I have a Daddy God that creates the very life that surrounds me! You are the ONE who created each flower that I see: You created them so that my surroundings are beautiful. Each flower and each petal depends on You for the sun to shine on them as they soak in the rays! You cause it to rain to give them a drink. They respond to Your tender love and care in all their splendor they praise You! Glorifying their maker with their brilliant colors, bursting forth in their beauty just the way, You, Their Creator made them! They are blossoming exactly the way You made them! Triumphant in their Glory in their season! Changing colors at the right time; some in the spring, others in the summer, still yet others in the fall, and yes, even some in the winter. I marvel at their growth!  I see Your beauty and stop in my tracks as I am surrounded with Your LOVE, Your DETAILS!!! Lord, I am encouraged as I sit surrounded by You!  Your handiwork all around me! Your creation, from the sky with its blue hues   to the clouds showing off their shades of grey and white… to the squirrels chirping on the branches to the tall trees in their green clothes!
